摘要
目的 观察急性心肌缺血时家兔脊神经节一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)表达的情况。方法 结扎家兔冠状动脉左室支30min ,造成实验性急性心肌缺血。采用还原型尼克酰胺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶 (NADPH d)法显示C5～T5脊神经节的NOS表达变化。结果 心肌缺血组左侧脊神经节的NOS表达比正常组增加。结论 心肌缺血可影响脊神经节NOS的表达 ,一氧化氮(NO)可能是内关与心脏相关联系的重要介质。
Objective To observe the expression of NOS in dorsal root ganglion after acute myocardial ischemia happened in rabbit.Method The acute myocardial ischemia was made by ligaturing the rabbit coronary artery.The expression of NOS in C5～T5 root ganglion was demonstrated by NADPH d.Result The expression of NOS in left root ganglion in the experimental rabbits was lifting compared with the controls.Conclusion The acute myocardial ischemia can influence the expression of NOS,NO may be an important medium associated with the heart.
