摘要
用免疫组化方法研究了人类新生儿垂体前叶中微管相关蛋白5(Map 5)免疫反应神经纤维的形态及分布。前叶内Map 5反应纤维粗细不等:较粗纤维数量较少,膨体小而少,多较直;较细纤维数量略多,其上有大量膨体,多弯曲、迂回或相互缠绕;介于粗细之间的纤维数量最多,其膨体数及弯曲程度亦介于两者之间。Map 5反应纤维弥散分布于前叶内,以中外部交界区及其附近的纤维最密。纤维多松散排列,部分可盘曲成团簇状。同时发现前叶内有较多的Map 5反应细胞。本文描述了新生儿垂体前叶内发育神经元突起的形态学特点。
Microtubule-associated protein 5 immunoreactive (Map 5-ir) nerve fibers in human neonatal anterior pituitary were studied by immunohistochemistry. It was shown that there were a number of Map 5-ir nerve fibers in the anterior pituitary, and their morphological appearance varied in thickness, frequency of varicosity and tortuosity. Some Map 5-ir nerve fibers were immunostained in patches or twined into plexus. The distribution of Map 5-ir nerve fibers were scattered, but unevenly in the anterior pituitary. Many Map 5-ir cells were also stained in the human neonatal anterior pituitary
