川芎嗪对离体大鼠肺动脉作用及机理的探讨 被引量:16

INFLUENCF OF LIGUSTRAZINE ON VASCULAR TONE AND PGI_2 BIOSYNTHESIS IN ISOLATED RAT PULMONARY ARTERIES

摘要 本实验以离体大鼠肺动脉环为材料,观察川芎嗪(LT)舒张肺动脉、促进PGI_2生物合成的作用。结果:LT显著降低肺动脉环对去甲肾上腺素的反应性;舒张肺动脉并呈剂量依赖关系;促进肺动脉合成释放PGI_2。消炎痛显著抑制了LT舒张肺动脉与促进PGI_2合成释放的作用。 In the experiment on isolated rat pulmonary artery rings, the influencecf Ligustrazine (LT) on the vascular tene and PEI_2 biosynthesis was observed.Results were as follow: LT relaxed Norepinephrine (NE)-preconteacted arteries,and the relaxation was dose-dependent, the dose-response curve was S shapedwith PD_2=3.85. Moreover LT also promoted pulmonary vascular PGI_2 bio-synthesis. It was observed that Indomethacin (IN) inhibited both LT-inducedvascular relaxation and PGI_2 biosynthesis. There results suggest that therelaxation of LT to the rat pulmonary artery is closely related to the increasingbiosynthesis of PGI_2.
