摘要
目的探讨促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(Gn RH-α)联合反向添加疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及对卵巢功能的影响。方法 200例子宫内膜异位症患者分别采用Gn RH-α类似物醋酸曲普瑞林治疗(单纯组)或醋酸曲普瑞林联合反向添加疗法治疗(联合组)。比较两组患者的疗效及对卵巢功能的影响。结果治疗后,与单纯组比较,联合组总有效率明显高,患者Kupperman评分、VAS评分、糖链抗原125(CA125)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平均显著降低,卵巢窦卵泡数、卵巢储备功能正常率显著增高,总不良反应发生率明显降低。结论 Gn RH-α联合反向添加疗法治疗治疗子宫内膜异住症临床效果明显,可改善低激素症状,也可改善患者卵巢功能,不良反应低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the efficacy of gonadotropin releasing hormone-α （GnRH-α） combined with reverse adding method on ovarian function in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods 200 patients with endometriosis in our hospital were treated with triptorelin （monotherapy group ） or triptorelin combined with reverse adding method （Combined group） .The clinical efficacy and ovarian function were observed and compared in the two groups. Results After treatment, compared to monotherapy group,the effective rate of reverse adding group was obviously higher,and scores of Kupperman and VAS in treatment group were significantly lower.The levels of CA125, E2, LH and FSH were significantly lower,the ovary sinus follicle numbers and ovarian reserve function were significantly higher.The adverse reaction rate was obviously lower. Conclusion GnRH-α combined with reverse adding method in the treatment of endometriosis can effectively improve the symptoms of low hormone and ovarian function, and decrease the rate of adverse reactions ,which is worthy to be promoted.
