摘要
目的:探讨宫颈癌患者照顾者疾病家庭负担现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷及疾病家庭负担量表(FBS)对348名宫颈癌患者照顾者进行调查,分析照顾者疾病家庭负担现状及其影响因素。结果:照顾者疾病家庭负担总分为(19.32±9.02)分;多元回归分析显示:患者年龄、职业、婚姻状况、有无子女、目前生活状态及照顾者性别、照顾年限和家庭月总收入是影响疾病家庭负担的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者照顾者疾病家庭负担水平较高,影响照顾者疾病家庭负担的因素较多,因此,医护人员应根据相关影响因素采取有针对性的干预措施,降低宫颈癌患者照顾者疾病家庭负担水平,提高患者及照顾者的生活质量。
Objective： To explore the status and influencing factors of the family burden on the patients with cervical cancer. Methods：The data of 348 caregivers of cervical cancer patients were investigated by general information questionnaire and family burden scale（ FBS）. Results： Caregiver family burden of disease score was（ 19. 32 ± 9. 02）; multiple regression analysis showed that age,occupation,marital status,the number of children they have,the life state and caregiver gender,the period of attending time and take care of family monthly income are the main factors affecting the family burden of disease（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Cervical cancer caregivers of patients have the higher levels of family burden of disease,and there are many influencing factors of caregivers,family burden of disease. Therefore,medical personnel should be based on the relevant factors to take targeted interventions to reduce cervical cancer patients who take care of family burden of disease,improve the quality of life of patients and caregivers.
