摘要
目的调查云南省某肿瘤专科医院宫颈癌患者的生活质量现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、宫颈癌患者生活质量评价量表(QLS-CCP)对100例云南省某肿瘤专科医院妇瘤科二病区的宫颈癌患者进行问卷调查,采用单因素方差分析该医院宫颈癌患者的生活质量现状及影响因素。结果云南省某肿瘤专科医院宫颈癌患者生活质量总分为(103.3±14.10)分,临床分期、文化程度、月收入、职业是影响宫颈癌患者生活质量的主要因素。结论云南省某肿瘤专科医院宫颈癌患者的生活质量相对较差,医护人员应特别关注临床分期晚、文化程度低、经济条件差、农村地区的宫颈癌患者,给予患者更多的人文关怀及健康教育,鼓励患者积极应对治疗,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the quality of life in cervical cancer survivor in a special hospital of Yunnan,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 100 patients with cervical cancer in the second gynecologic department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University using the General Information Questionnaire and the Quality of Life Assessment Scale for Cervical Cancer(QLS-CCP).One-way analysis of variance was used in Yunnan.The status quo and influencing factors of quality of life in patients with cervical cancer in a special hospital.Results The total quality of life of cervical cancer patients in a special hospital of Yunnan was(103.3±14.10).Clinical stage,education level,monthly income and occupation were the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer.Conclusion The quality of life of cervical cancer patients in Yunnan is relatively poor.Medical staff should pay special attention to patients with cervical cancer with poor clinical stage,low education level,poor economic conditions and rural areas,and give patients more human care and health education.Encourage patients to actively respond to treatment and improve their quality of life.
