摘要
劳动与社会保障是一门旨在培养复合型专业人才的应用型学科,按照专业培养目标要求,需要通过实验教学,加强学生的实践操作能力,但目前医学院校劳动与社会保障专业在实验教学中存在问题与不足。所以,本文通过分析内蒙古医科大学劳动与社会保障专业实验教学的现状与不足,提出相应的对策建议。
Labor and social security specialty（ Medicare direction） is an application-oriented discipline which is designed to train the complex talents. According to the requirement of cultivation objectives,we should strengthen students ＇ practical operative competence through experimental teaching. However,there exist problems and shortcomings in the experimental teaching of Labor and Social Security in medical colleges and universities.Therefore,this article analyzes the current situation and deficiency of experimental teaching of labor and social Security specialty in Inner Mongolia Medical University,then puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal.
