摘要
通过对医疗保险专业本科毕业生已具备与应需要的14项主要基本素质和能力评分、排序比较研究认为,医疗保险专业总体上能培养出具有较高基本素质和能力、基本符合需要的本科毕业生;但就具体每项基本素质和能力而言,在评分值和顺位两方面,与社会医疗保险、商业医疗保险领域的实际需要存在一定差别,并针对该差别提出解决的建议。
The paper analyzed given marks and orders of 14 possessed and required basic qualities and capacities of college graduates of medical insurance. The results show that in general, college graduates of medical insurance have possessed higher basic qualities and capacities and basically meet requirements;but to a basic quality and capacity , there are differences between college graduates and actual requirements in given marks and orders. And have given some suggestions.
