摘要
基于计划行为理论分析高职教师教学行为影响因素,包括高职教师教学行为态度、教学行为主体规范、教学感知行为控制等三方面因素。因此,要促进高职教师改进教学行为,应该协同各方力量,促成积极的行为态度;加大正向力,强化主体规范作用;努力创造条件,增强感知行为控制。
Influence factors of teachers teaching behaviors based on Theory of Planned Behavior include teachers teaching behaviors attitudes,teaching behaviors subject norms and teaching perceptual behavior control. Accord-ingly ,promotion of teachers improvement of their teaching behaviors calls for coordination of efforts of all parties to develop positive behaviors attitudes,step up positive forces and subject norms,strive to create conditions and build up perceptual behavior control.
