摘要
研究通过问卷调查,从学业过渡期学生学习观念转变的角度探讨了大学班导师提高绩效的几点策略。问卷显示,学生普遍认识到学习主要靠自己,有必要对自己的学习进程做好规划,认可学习中的基本功训练,偏重追求语言准确性,认识到母语依赖的缺陷,却暂时无法克服。根据以上特点,班导师有效利用课上、课下两个时间段,从设计合适的学习观念课堂指导和策略训练,到各类趣味活动的组织,从班干部结对寝室互助,到学习共同体构建,从点到面,处处发力,以提高班导师的工作绩效。
With the help of questionnaires , this study explored several strategies that class tutors at colleges used to improve their performance, focusing on students' change of learning beliefs at secondary- tertiary transition. Questionnaires showed that 1) students realized that they should depend on themselves during the study and that it was necessary for them to make plans for their course study; 2) they acknowledged the necessity of training in fundamentals; 3) they tended to focus on accuracy of the language; and 4) they were aware of defects of mother tongue dependency but they could not overcome it for the moment. Based on these characteristics, class tutors made good use of both in-class slots and out- of-class slots and went all out to improve their performance in various ways, from designing proper in-class guidance on thoughts about study and training in learning strategies to organizing all kinds of interest-encouraging activities, from in-dormitory assistance in pairs led by members of class committee to building learning communities.
