摘要
基于2014年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,在统一框架下研究了社会网络对家庭创业决策的影响。结果表明,社会网络提升了家庭从事自主创业的可能性,其对农村家庭创业参与的边际影响要高于城市家庭。进一步地,社会网络可以通过改善家庭信贷约束促进家庭参与创业。研究还发现,社会网络在市场化越不发达的地区对家庭创业的边际影响更大,市场化所构建的理性法制体系在家庭创业决策中与非正规的关系体系二者之间存在替代关系。
By using the data of China Family Panel Studies ( CFPS), this paper studies the impact of social network on entrepreneurship decision of households. The author finds out that so- cial network raises the possibility of households to engage in self- employment, and the marginal impact of household participation in starting a business is higher in rural households than in urban households. In addition, social network can promote households to be involved in starting a busi- ness by relieving the credit constraints of households. Research also shows that the marginal im- pact of social network has more positive effect on household entrepreneurship participation in areas with less developed marketization. The rational legal system built by marketization and the informal Guanxi system substitutes each other in the entrepreneurship decision of households.
