摘要
本文用薄层扫描法直接测定中成药中总阿魏酸的合量。平均回收率98.46%(CV=3.99%),方法简便、灵敏度高。
The content of ferulic acid in the preparationsof Chinese traditional medicine was determined byTLC scanning. The mean recovery was 98.46%(CV=3.99%). The method was highly sensitiveand convenient.
