摘要
目的建立柴黄胃宁颗粒的中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法.方法以氯仿-甲醇-水（13∶ 6∶ 2）10℃以下放置过夜的下层溶液为展开剂,以10%硫酸乙醇液浸板,在100℃加热5～7 min至斑点显色清晰.在530 nm和700 nm处双波长反射式锯齿形扫描,建立薄层扫描测定法.结果黄芪甲苷的量在1.0～5.2 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.996,平均回收率为97.09%,RSD=1.42%.结论薄层扫描法操作简便、快捷、重现性好.
Aim To determie the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in caihuangweining by TLC. Methods UV scan at wavelength 530 nm and 700 nm, chloroform： methanol： H20（ 13： 6： 2） as mobile ＇phase. Result The mean recovery was 99.09%, and the RSD was 1.42%. The linear range was 1.0 - 5.2 μg. Conclusion The method is sensitive and simpler.
