摘要
采用TLC法对当归、川芎、麦冬、独活、苍术、黄芩组分进行薄层色谱鉴别 ,建立了川芎、当归二味药材的阿魏酸含量测定方法 ,以控制二药材的质量。同时测定了颗粒醚浸出物的含量。结果 :阿魏酸在 0 5 72 1~ 2 86 0 5 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,回收率平均值为 98 5 5 % ,RSD为 2 44 %。结论 :本质量标准可有效地控制清上蠲痛颗粒的质量。方法简便、快速、重现性好。
The qualitative identification of \%Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Ophiopogon japonicus,Angelica pubescens f.biserrata,Atracylodes lancea \% and \%Scutellaria baicalensis \%were used by thin\|layer chromatography.The contents of ferulic acid in \%L.chuanxiong\% and \%A.sinensis \% herbs and the granule were determined by TLC\|scanning method.Results:Ferulic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 0\^5721~2\^8605μg.The recovery and \%RSD\% were 98\^55% and 2\^44%,respectively.Conclusion:This standard is capable to effectively control the quality of granule.
