摘要
以某轻型商用车排气系统上的弯管冲孔工序为例,论述了弯管的结构特点,对比现有弯管冲孔工艺的优缺点,优化设计出一副高效率、安全、高质量、低成本的电控式弯管冲孔模。
This paper uses a bending pipe of light commercial vehicle exhaust system as an example. Based on the structural features of the bending pipe, and compared the advantages with disadvantages of the piercing process for bending pipe were discussed. For the bending pipe, designed an electronically controlled piercing die with high-efficiency, safety high-quality and low-cost.
