摘要
以提升汽车安全气囊盖成型质量为目标,通过塑件材料特性分析、分型面科学设计与成型工艺结构参数优化,构建了完整的模具设计方案;结合注塑机注塑量、锁模力等关键参数进行设备选型,并运用Moldflow软件对塑件进行网格前处理、浇口位置分析及模流方案模拟等技术手段,对模具填充过程展开深度研究。最终确定最佳填充方案,有效减少短射、困气等缺陷,显著提高产品成型质量,为汽车安全气囊盖的高质量生产提供了切实可行的技术解决方案。
Aiming to improve the molding quality of automobile airbag covers,this study constructed a comprehensive mold design scheme through the analysis of the material properties of plastic parts,the scientific design of parting surfaces,and the optimization of molding process parameters.The selection of molding equipment was carried out by considering key parameters such as the injection volume and clamping force of the injection molding machine.Additionally,the Moldflow software was utilized to conduct in-depth research on the mold filling process through technical means including grid pre-processing of plastic parts,analysis of gate positions,and simulation of mold flow schemes.As a result,the optimal filling scheme was determined,effectively reducing defects suchas short shots and air traps,and significantly improving the molding quality of products.This provides a practical technical solution forthe high-quality production of automobile airbag covers.
