摘要
通过对管材无凹模冲孔后废屑以及管件断面的分析,得出了无凹模冲孔变形机理以及无凹模冲孔断面示意图;运用Deform-3D软件对冲孔过程的应力应变进行分析,可为无凹模冲孔的工艺优化提供依据。
After an analysis on cross-section and waste in punching of pipe free of cavity die, the deformation mechanism and cross-section schematic diagram of punching process free of the die were obtained. Software Deform-3D was used to study the stress-strain of punching process, which would provide reference to technology optimization of punching process free of cavity die.
