Channel selection and carbon emissions reduction policies in supply chains with the cap-and-trade scheme

摘要 基于碳交易机制针对由单制造商和单零售商组成的两级供应链,建立了四种不同渠道结构的供应链分销模型.采用逆向归纳法得到不同渠道结构下企业的最优定价决策、减排决策以及最优利润,并对模型的最优决策进行了对比分析.研究表明新渠道的引入能够使得建立电子渠道的企业利润增加,但是对供应链另一成员的利润不一定造成损害.制造商作为Stackelberg博弈的主导者,应该主动建立电子渠道或者将电子渠道外包给第三方电商进行产品销售.数值算例为双渠道供应链的渠道模式选择和减排策略提供了更直观的管理启示. This paper establishes four structures based on the two-echelon supply chain consisting of a manu- facturer and a retailer under the cap-and-trade scheme. Backward induction is applied to explore the optimal pricing strategies, carbon emissions reduction strategy and maximum profits of the manufacturer and the retail- er, and then the optimal solutions of different models are compared, It is found that the introduction of online channel can increase the profit of the member that establishes the online channel, but not necessarily damages the profit of the other members. As a leader of the Stackelberg game, the manufacturer should introduce the online channel actively or outsource it to third-party network providers to realize the maximum profit. Numeri- cal examples provide important managerial insights for channel selection and carbon emission reduction strategy in dual-channel supply chains.
