摘要
目的:通过鉴定暖宫逐瘀丸中挥发油的红外光谱,改进暖宫逐瘀丸的制备工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取暖宫逐瘀丸及处方中部分药材的挥发油后,测定挥发油的傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS),分析挥发油的化学成分。结果:丸剂与药材挥发油的FTIR中存在23个共有峰;共鉴定出52~60种化学成分,特征成分均为5,7,8-三甲基-2-色满酮(8.70%~16.83%)、δ-杜松烯(2.08%~5.51%)、L-4-松油醇(3.34%~10.14%)、柠檬油精(1.15%~8.09%)、桉油精(1.03%~7.71%)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于该复方制剂的质量分析。
Objective: To determine the FTIR of volatile oil of Nuangongzhuyu pills for improving the preparation technology. Methods: Nuangongzhuyu pills were extracted by wet distillation, then determined by GC-MS and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to analyse the chemical components of volatile oil. Results:It has been shown that FTIR Spectra of the essential oils have 23 common peaks; 52-60 chemical constituents were identified from the volatile oil, Characteristic constituents have 5,7, 8-Trimet hyl-2-Chromanone (8.70 %- 16.83% ), 3-Cadinene ( 2.08 % - 5.51%), L-4-Terpineol ( 3.34 %- 10.14 % ), EVLimonene ( 1. 15%- 8.09 % ), Eucalyptol(1 . 03%-7.71% ) and so on. Conclusion: The methods are simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to analysis the quality of the preparation.
