摘要
我国0~3岁婴幼儿早期教养主要由家庭承担,家庭教养质量对婴幼儿发展有重要影响。本研究选取武汉市114名0~3岁婴幼儿家长作为主要研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈深入了解当前婴幼儿家庭教养的现状与需求,同时通过座谈进一步了解当前政府及其职能部门的家庭教养指导工作状况,结果发现祖辈参与0~3岁婴幼儿教养的现象较为普遍,母亲教养分担明显多于父亲;家长普遍具有正确的婴幼儿早期教养观念,但教养行为有待进一步完善;绝大多数家长在教养子女方面遭遇困难,但难以获得及时有效的专业指导;只有不到20%的家长接受过家庭教养指导服务,家长对指导服务的需求程度较高;现有家庭教养指导服务存在供需不符的现象。为改变这一现状,家长应主动提升教养能力,切实履行自身的教养主体责任;政府应完善婴幼儿家庭教养公共服务体系,提高指导服务工作质量;社会力量应共同参与构建家庭教养指导的公共服务网络。
The early education and care of infants aged 0-3 in China mainly depends on their parents. Family upbringing has a fundamental impact on the development of infants. This paper focuses on the family upbringing of infants aged 0~3 in Wuhan. An investigation' is made on its present situation and needs, with 114 parents or other caregivers of the infants as the object of the research' by adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and interviewing. And through having the symposium, we have further learned the status of guidance services from the government and its functional departments. The results are as follows: it is more common for grandparents to participate in educating and caring the infants. Mothers usually do more than fathers in bringing up children. Parents generally have the correct conception of early childhood education, but their behavior needs to be further improved. Most parents encounter difficulties in bringing up their children, but it is difficult for them to get timely and effective professional guidance. Less than twenty percent of parents have received the guidance services, and parents have high demand for the services. The guidance services supplied don't meet parents' needs. So we suggest that parents should enhance their parenting competency actively and fulfill the main responsibilities. The government should perfect the public service system for infants' families to improve the quality of its guidance. Social forces should play an active role in building a public guidance service network for infants' families.
