摘要
由于各种原因,业内缺乏近年来矿业走出去的系统统计数据,本文系统总结了截至2016年底中国海外矿业投资的项目和权益情况,分析了中国矿业"走出去"的基本形势和面临的挑战。研究认为:(1)经过多年努力,中国矿业企业"走出去"在全球已经打开了局面,铜、锂、钴等矿种取得了较好的成果;(2)与中国的国际地位相比,中国矿业公司"走出去"水平仍有较大差距;(3)中国矿业的未来在海外,全球战略性新兴产业的发展和"一带一路"倡议为中国矿业公司提供了机遇;(4)中国矿业公司将在存量竞争中直面国际矿业巨头,因此要警惕扎堆投资和成为"接盘侠"的风险。
Due to various reasons, the industry lacks the system statistics of mining ＂going out＂ in recent years. This paper systematically summarizes the projects andattribute interests of China＇s overseas mining investment by the end of 2016, and analyzes the basic situation and challenges of China＇s mining industry. According to the study： ① after years of efforts, China＇s mining enterprises have opened up the situation in the world; copper, lithium, cobalt and other minerals have achieved good results; ② however,Compared with China＇s internationa ＂going out＂; ③the future of China＇ 1 status,theChinese s mining industry is mining companies still have a big gap in the level of overseas. While the development of global strategic emerging industries and ＂Belt and Road＂ concept provides an opportunity for the Chinese mining companies; @ among the stock competition,China＇s mining companies will have to keep facing the international mining giants,therefore we advise our companies to be vigilant to the ＂investment overheating＂ of lithium and to become the ＂take-overer＂ risk.
