摘要
高校巡视是上级党委对高校党委进行的一次全面"政治体检"。文章运用内容分析方法对262份高校党委的巡视结果反馈文本进行分析,得出了一系列定量统计数据,这些数据客观地反映了高校党建工作存在的突出问题。深入分析这些问题间的内在联系,有助于我们把握未来努力的方向与重点。加强高校党建工作,完善全面从严治党长效机制,必须抓好高校党委班子建设这个核心,必须抓好干部队伍管理这个关键,严格落实党风廉政建设责任制,加强和规范党内政治生活,坚持持之以恒抓作风建设,全面贯彻党委领导下的校长负责制,全面加强党内监督。
The inspection tour carried out by higher Party committee tothat of colleges and universities is a comprehensive ＂political examination＂. We can obtain a series of quantitative statistics which objectively reflectserious problems of the Party construction by means of content analysis of a certain amount of inspection tour reports. We can grasp the direction and key points of the future work by searing for the internal relations of these problems. To perfecta long-term mechanismof comprehensively strengthening Party discipline in colleges and universities,we must pay special attention to the construction of Party committee group,and to selection and management of cadres,strictly implement the responsibility system of the Party construction and normal political life of intra-Party,andinsist on improving the work style of officials and government department,fully implement the system of principal accountability under the leadership of Party committee,and comprehensively strengthen the intra-Party supervision.
