摘要
推进社会工作发展、实施农村精准扶贫,是我国系统解决民生问题、实现全面小康社会建设的重要内容和抓手。两者之间具有天然的契合性,同时又有一定张力。社会工作的介入能够为精准扶贫事业的有序推进提供专业智慧;却又存在诸如理想与现实、决策与执行、短期攻坚与长远发展等方面矛盾。因此,社会工作有效介入农村精准扶贫,必须从服务理念、人才保障、能力建设、社会认同等方面着手,探讨嵌入发展的路径选择,以更好地促进农村精准扶贫事业的发展。
Promoting the development of social work and the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas are important parts of China＇ s system to address the people＇ s livelihood and realize the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Between of Which, there＇ s a natural fit and tension at the same time. The intervention of social work can provide professional wisdom for the orderly promotion of targeted poverty alleviation.However, there are contradictions such as ideal and reality, decision-making and implementation, short - term tackling difficulties and long-term development.. Therefore, the effective intervention of social work precision poverty alleviation in rural areas must start from these aspects, such as service idea, talent protection, capacity building and social identity. This paper discusses the path selection of embedded development to better promote the development of rural precision poverty alleviation.
