摘要
本文围绕灾后社会重建这个主题,首先讨论了灾后社会重建进程中社会工作服务需要张扬的三大核心概念和理念,即"嵌入、建构、增能";接着论述了建构式社会工作在灾后社会重建中的四个基本服务模式及其作用;最后结合上海社会工作服务团在灾后社会工作实践中的经验,提出了完善和丰富社会工作理论及实务模式的三点启示。
In this paper, the author focuses on the theme of post-disaster reconstruction of society. Combined with the constructivist social work practice by the author＇s participation in the earthquake-ridden area, this research leads to the following findings. First of all, the process of social reconstruction in post-disaster social work service requires publicity of the three core concepts and ideas, That is, ＂embedment, construction, empowerment＂. Second, post-disaster reconstruction of society needs four effective service models of social work. Finally, according to the social work experience of Shanghai social service assistance mission, this paper proposes three revelations to improving and enriching the social work theory and practice patterns.
