摘要
采用双头式超声波导入杆在水平式双辊铸轧机进行超声波铝板带的铸轧试验,研究超声波作用下铸轧铝板带的金相组织,结果表明,在铝铸轧过程中施加超声波能够使晶粒细化,组织更加均匀;探讨超声波空化现象及声流作用对铸轧铝板带组织细化作用的机制。指出目前超声波铝铸轧过程中存在的问题。
The experiment of ultrasonic treatment of cast-wiling aluminum strip is carried out on plane twin-roll cast-miler with double tools. The metallographic structure of cast-wiling aluminum strip with ultrasonic treatment is studied, the result shows that the grain is refined during cast-rolling of aluminum process with ultrasonic treatment, and the structure of crystal becomes more homogenize. The mechanism of grain refinement during cast-rolling process with ultrasonic treatment is discussed, and the presented problems are pointed out.
