摘要
计算机辅助工程分析软件ANSYS Workbench提供了全新的协同仿真环境,其数据接口兼容众多主流三维建模软件,可实时进行数据共享与传递。利用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立某车辆制动转向支架实体模型,并将模型通过数据接口导入ANSYS Workbench。使用软件静力学模块进行有限元分析,在优化设计模块中通过改变支架结构尺寸进行参数化优化,以获取承受特定载荷下最小结构重量的尺寸方案。基于仿真平台的有限元分析与优化设计,既缩短了研发时间,又降低了生产成本,产生了明显的经济效益。
Computer aided engineering analysis software ANSYS Workbench provides a new collaborative simulation environment,and its data interface is compatible with many mainstream 3 Dmodeling software,which can share and transfer data in real time.In this paper,3 D modeling software SolidWorks is used to build the entity model of braking and steering bracket of a vehicle,and the model is imported into ANSYS Workbench software through the data interface.The finite element analysis of the model is carried out using static structural module,followed by the optimization design which changes the parametric size of the bracket,so as to obtain the minimum structural weight of the bracket which subject to specified load.Through the finite element analysis and optimization design based on the simulation platform,the research and development time is shortened,the production cost is reduced,and therefore the obvious economic benefits are achieved.
