摘要
利用UG建立减摇鳍装置齿轮齿条啮合副模型,利用Ansys Workbench对齿轮齿条的弯曲强度和接触强度进行分析,并与理论值对比验证有限元分析的可靠性,同时分析摩擦因素对齿根弯曲应力和接触应力的影响,为齿轮齿条缸在减摇鳍装置上的应用提供理论参考。
Gear-rack joggle movement model is built using UG. The bending strength and the contact strength of gear-rack are analyzed using Ansys Workbench. The analysis result is compared with the theoretic value, which demonstrates the reliability of finite element analysis. The influence of friction .factor on bending stress and contact stress is analyzed, which provides the theoretic reference for the application of gear-rack cylinder on the fin stabilizer device.
