摘要
以煤层气车载钻架为研究对象,利用Pro/E软件建立钻架的三维模型,通过模型转换为IGS格式后将其导入到ANSYS Workbench中,然后根据煤层气车载钻机开采条件,分析最危险工况下钻架有限元计算结果,得出最危险工况下总变形量和等效应力分布规律,并对钻架结构提出3种优化方案,研究车载钻架关键结构对其力学性能的影响。
The drilling frame as the research object, establish the three-dimensional model of frame by using Pro/E software, the model is converted into IGS format and then import it into drilling ANSYS Workbench.According to the condition of CBM production, the working condition of drilling frame in finite elementanalysis. It is concluded that the equivalent stress distribution rule under this working condition, and putforward 3 kinds of improvement measures to support the original structure.
