摘要
本研究以黄磷3,6和9mg/kg ig,观察大鼠3,6,12和24h急性中毒时肝脏发生脂质过氧化程度、部位,以及与肝损害之间的关系。结果发现中毒大鼠肝匀浆、肝线粒体与微粒体MDA含量显著升高。肝匀浆Schiff碱荧光强度显著增强。肝线柱体与微柱体各自的标志酶SDH酶与G-6-P酶活性均显著降低,而且两亚细胞器的MDA含量升高与各自标志酶活性降低存在显著的负相关。肝TG含量显著升高与肝GSH含量显著降低的肝损害指标变化与脂质过氧化指标变化存在一定的平行关系。
It was studied that the level, location and relation with liver injury of lipid peroxidation in livers of the rats which were acutely poisoned at 3, 6, 12, 24 h after ig dose of yellow phosphorus at 3, 6, 9 mg / kg.In the poisoned rats, the contents of MDA in hepatic homogenate, mitochondria and microsome were found to be significantly increased. The significant rise was found in fluorescent intensity of Schiff base in hepatic homogenate. The activities of SDHase in hepatic mitochondria and G-6-Pase in hepatic microsome were found to be significantly decreased.The increases of MDA contents in two subcellular fractions were found to be significant negative correlation with the decreases of their enzymes activities respectively. The significances were found in the increase of hepatic TG content and in the decrease of hepatic GSH content. The changes of liver injury indices were found to be parallel particularly relation with the changes of lipid peroxidation indices. The results suggest that lipid peroxidation plays an important role in acute liver injury of the rats poisoned by yellow phosphorus.
