摘要
地方高校与名校在跨学科教学团队的质量与数量上,都不在一个层级,也不是短时间可以抹平发展差距的。但并不代表不能有所作为,如果能通过积极的制度创新、政策创新,提供跨学科合作激励机制、信任机制、补偿机制、共享机制及合作关系网络等有效的制度供给,利用优势资源,立足特色学科和精品课程建设,善用"互联网+"教育时代的技术后发优势,以点带面推进跨学科教学团队建设。不贪多、不媚俗、不求洋,则完全可以在某一或几个学科领域弯道超车,实现跨学科教学团队向教育共同体的跨越式发展。
Compared with famous universities, the quantity and quality of interdisciplinary teaching team local colleges lag behind a lot. This gap cannot be narrowed in a short time. However, it doesn't mean they can't make a difference. Institutions should provide effective support such as creative incentive mechanism and strategies for interdisciplinary cooperation, trust mechanism, compensation mechanism, sharing mechanism and cooperation network. They can also make full use of advantageous resources to build top- quality courses based on disciplinary characteristics. “Internet + education” advantages can be also used to promote interdisciplinary teaching team construction step by step. Local colleges can surpass others in one or more specialties by focusing on quality development rather than quantity development and copying, thus turn interdisciplinary teaching team to education community.
