摘要
本文简单介绍了分形理论，将自然科学中的分形概念应用于企业生产系统的组织设计，设计了在结构与目标协调方面具有分形特征的生产系统。
The fractal theory was introduced and applied to the organizational design of the production system in enterprises.The production system with fractal features was designed.Espicially it was discussed the fractal cell's structure and object's coordination.It was pointed that the further application of the fractal theory in the designing of the enterprise organization.
