美国大学服务型数据实验室的实践模式与启示 被引量:10

Practice and Implications of Service-oriented Data Labs in American Universities

摘要 [目的 /意义]数据实验室是大学图书馆数据素养教育的重点发展趋势之一。归纳总结美国大学服务型数据实验室的实践模式,可为国内大学图书馆同行提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]采用案例分析法,从建设目标、服务形式和服务内容3个维度归纳总结美国大学服务型数据实验室发展模式,从而为国内大学图书馆建设数据实验室提供建议。[结果 /结论]国内大学图书馆在规划和建设数据实验室时应该重点考虑以下几个方面:(1)顶层设计注重相关资源的整合;(2)功能布局以多元化数据素养需求为中心;(3)聚焦动手实践和解决问题的能力。 [ Purpose/significance ] The data lab or D-lab is one of the key trends of data literacy education in university libraries. By summarizing the practice model of American universities' data labs, this paper can provide a useful reference for domestic university libraries. [ Method/process ] Based on the case analysis, this paper summarized the model of service-oriented data labs in American universities from three dimensions construction goals, means and contents of services. At last, it put forward suggestions for domestic university libraries. [ Result/conclusion] When planning the data lab, domestic university libraries should take into consideration three aspects : (1)emphasizing the integration of relevant resources;(2)focusing on diversified data literacy needs;(3)focusing on hands-on practice and problem-solving skills.
