迷你临床演练评量在护理实习生护理查房中的应用 被引量:4

Application of mini clinical exercise assessment in teaching and practice of nursing ward rounds for nursing interns

摘要 目的探讨临床演练评量(Mini-CEX)在护理实习生护理查房中的应用效果。方法将100名护理实习生随机分为干预和对照组,各50名。对照组采用传统的护理教学查房模式,干预组在对照组基础上实施基于Mini-CEX的护理教学查房模式。结果干预组护生医疗面谈、体格检查、人文关怀、临床判断、健康咨询、组织效能及整体评价各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。干预组护生护理程序运用能力、沟通协作能力、健康教育能力、操作技能、自主学习能力及专业态度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。干预组护生对护理教学查房模式评分(93.2±3.1)分,高于对照组评分(85.7±4.8)分(P<0.05)。结论基于Mini-CEX的护理教学查房能提高护理实习生实习期间临床综合能力和临床教学质量。 Objective To explore the application effect o f m ini c lin ica l exercise assessment (Mini-CEX) in teaching and practice o f nursing ward rounds in nursing interns. Metliods To-tally 100 nursing interns were randomly divided into the inter-vention group anwith 50 nursing interns in each group. In the control group,the traditional model was adopted,and the inter-vention group was given the nursing ward rounds model based onMini- CEX. Results The score o f assessment on in te rv iew,physical examination,medicalski l ls,health education, c lin ica l judgment, organizational effectiveness,humanistic care were higher in the intervention group than those in the control group ( " 〈 0. 05) . Nursing interns o f the intervention group achieved a higher score in application a b i l ity,communication a b i l ity,health education abi l ity,ski l ls, learning a b i l ity, professional the attitude compared w ith those o f controls ( "〈0.05 ) . The score o f satisfaction on teaching methods was higher in the intervention groupthan that in the control group ( 93.2±3.1 vs. 85.7 ±4.8, " 〈 0 . 0 5 ) . Conclusion The nursingward rounds based on Min i-CE X can improve the c lin ica l comprehensive a b ility and c l in ica l teach-ing quality of nursing interns during their internship.
