护理研究生核心能力的现状调查及影响因素 被引量:1

摘要 目的对护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力的现状进行调查并对影响因素进行分析。方法本研究选取我校2015级-2019级126名护理硕士专业学位研究生为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查;了解学生核心能力的现状并对可能的影响因素进行分析。结果核心能力量表各维度得分均随着入学时间的推迟而升高,2019年得分最高,2015年得分最低;其中教育/咨询维度波动最小,伦理/法律实践维度波动最大以核心能力量表平均得分<2分依据,将所有受试者分为核心能力低组(41名)和核心能力高组(85名);单因素分析结果显示专业态度自主学习能力、参与科研课题及临床工作或实习经历是影响护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力的主要因素(P <0.05)。结论核心能力量表各维度得分均随着入学时间的推迟而升高说明我国护理高等教育工作改革已经初见成效;但2019级入学新生的核心能力量表各维度得分仍较低,还有很大提升空间;因此,在以后的护理硕士专业学位研究生的教学改革及核心能力培养方案制定中应从提升学生的自主学习能力及对专业的认知度和热爱度,同时为学生创造更多的参与科研课题及临床工作或实习的机会等方面着手,适应教育改革,为我国医疗事业培养更多的高素质、高质量的优秀护理人才。 Objective To investigate the current situation of core competence of nursing master degree graduates and analyze the influencing factors. Methods this study selected 126 nursing master degree postgraduates from 2015 to 2019 as the research objects, and conducted a questionnaire survey on them. Understand the current situation of students’ core competence and analyze the possible influencing factors. Results scores in all dimensions of the core competence scale increased with the delay of admission time, with the highest score in 2019 and the lowest score in 2015. Among them, education/consulting dimension fluctuates the least, while ethics/legal practice dimension fluctuates the most. All subjects were divided into the low core competence group(41) and the high core competence group(85) with the mean score of core competence scale <2. The results of single factor analysis showed that professional attitude, independent learning ability, participation in research projects and clinical work or internship experience were the main factors affecting the core competence of nursing master degree graduates(P<0.05). Conclusion The scores of all dimensions of the core competence scale increased with the delay of enrollment time, indicating that the reform of higher education of nursing in China has achieved initial results. However, the scores of 2019 freshmen in all dimensions of the core competence scale are still low, and there is still a lot of room for improvement. Therefore, in the later of the nursing professional master degree graduate student in the teaching reform and the core ability training plan formulation should improve the students’ autonomous learning ability, and on the professional recognition and love, at the same time for students to create more involved in scientific research and clinical aspects of job or internship opportunities, adapt to the reform of education, for the medical career in our country develop more high quality, high quality excellent nursing talents.
