摘要
以人参皂苷Rg1与人参皂苷Re的总量及人参茎叶总皂苷的含量为依据,筛选人参茎叶提取物的最佳提取方法。方法:采取水煎及水煎液不同浓度乙醇(30%、60%、80%)分别提取人参茎叶中总皂苷,并进行喷雾干燥,统计各提取物得率,采用高效液相法检测人参皂苷Rg1与Re的总量,采用紫外分光光度法检测人参总皂苷含量。结果显示,以水煎液乙醇终浓度为60%醇沉时所得提取物得率较高,且其中人参皂苷Rg1与人参皂苷Re的总量和人参总皂苷含量相对较高,综合评价最终确定人参茎叶的提取方法为水煎、60%乙醇醇沉。
Objective to explore the optimum extraction method of ginseng stem leaf taking the amount of ginsenoside Rg1 , Re and Ginseng stem and leaf saponin (GSLS) as evaluating indicators. Methods GSLS was extracted by water decoction and al-cohol sedimentation with different concentrations ethanol (30% , 60% , 80% ). Then recoding the extraction ratios after spray drying. The amounts of ginsenoside Rgland Re were tested by HLPC method , and the total ginseng saponin was determined byUV - spectrophotometry. The result shows that the highest extraction ratio was determined with an ethanol concentration of 60% in alcohol sedimentation. And the amounts of ginsenoside Rgland Re were relatively high. Therefore , the optimum ex-traction method of ginseng stem leaf was taking alcohol sedimentation with 60% concentration ethanol.
