摘要
通过分析压电加速度传感器对其调理电路的要求,提出选用电荷放大器作为压电加速度传感器的测量电路,采用集成运放芯片取代大量的分离元件进行优化设计,从而提高电路的集成度,简化电路的复杂度,使得整个电路体积小,功耗低,寄生因素少和抗干扰性能强。同时,对调理电路在调试与试验过程中出现的干扰噪音和漂移等问题进行细致的理论分析,并采取有效措施予以排除,最后通过与标准电荷放大器进行比较测试试验分析,验证了所设计的压电加速度传感器信号调理电路是可行和可靠的。
Through the analysis of piezoelectric acceleration sensor to the conditioning circuit,the charge amplifier as the measuring circuit of piezoelectric accelerometer was proposed,integrated chip was used to replace a large number of discrete components to optimize the design,so as to improve the integration of the circuit,which simplifies the complexity of the circuit,the circuit achieves small volume,low power consumption,less autoeciousness and strong anti-jamming performance etc..At the same time,the interference of conditioning circuit appeared in debugging and testing process was analyzed.Effective measures were take to eliminate.Finally compared with the standard charge amplifier test analysis,the design of the piezoelectric accelerometer signal conditioning circuit is feasible and reliable.
