针对压电式加速度计的低噪声数据采集系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 压电式加速度计在振动噪声测量中广泛应用,但其通常输出阻抗高、输出信号微弱,需要设计专门的前置放大器与高质量的信号采集卡完成信号采集。设计了一种集成了高输入阻抗、低噪声前置放大器,并利用∑-Δ型ADC与FPGA构成的低噪声高精度高动态范围数据采集系统。经性能测试表明,该系统在55 kHz带宽内的自噪声有效值为9μV,动态范围为110 dB,采样精度优于0.1%,与振动噪声测量常用USB4431采集卡相比具有一定的优势,且该设计具有较好的多通道可扩展性,在振动噪声测量中有一定的应用前景。 Piezoelectric accelerometers are widely used in vibration and noise measurement,but their output impedance is high and the output signal is weak.It is necessary to design a special preamplifier and a high-quality signal acquisition card to complete signal acquisition.Designed a low noise,high precision,high dynamic range data acquisition system that integrates a high input impedance,low noise preamplifier and utilizes an ∑-Δ type ADC and FPGA.The performance test shows that the effective value of the self-noise of the system in the 55 kHz bandwidth is 9 μV,the dynamic range is 110 dB,and the sampling accuracy is better than 0.1%.It has certain advantages compared with the USB4431 acquisition card commonly used in vibration and noise measurement.It has good multi-channel scalability,and has certain application prospects in vibration and noise measurement.
