ICP Noise Sensor Conditioning Circuit Design

摘要 为满足航天高声压160dB噪声测量的需求,使用ICP型噪声传感器进行测量,针对ICP型噪声传感器工作条件及其输出信号,设计一种调理电路。利用LM134同时实现ICP型噪声传感器恒流和高压激励的工作条件,通过轨到轨运放AD824完成对ICP型噪声传感器输出信号的放大、滤波、跟随等以达到采集系统需要的0~5 V电压信号。在130 dB^160 dB噪声下,ICP型噪声传感器与调理电路配合标定相对误差<1%,该调理电路可以与ICP型噪声传感器很好地配合使用。 In order to meet requirement of noise measurement of aerospace high sound pressure 160dB,ICP noise sensor is used for noise measurement.A kind of conditioning circuit is designed according to ICP noise sensor’s working conditions and output signal.The working conditions of constant current and high voltage excitation of ICP noise sensor are realized by using LM134 at the same time.Through rail to rail operational amplifier AD824,the output signal of ICP noise sensor can be amplified,filtered and followed so as to achieve 0~5V voltage signal required by acquisition system.In the case of 130 dB^160 dB noise,the relative error of ICP noise sensor and conditioning circuit is within 1%,the conditioning circuit can be matched well with ICP noise sensor.
