摘要
目的手机新闻客户端已经成为智能手机用户必不可少的应用之一,现有的手机新闻客户端页面布局主要有左文右图和右文左图。不同的页面布局与用户交互方式是否对用户浏览行为产生影响是本文研究的主要目的。方法本文选用不同页面布局的手机新闻客户端,运用眼动仪记录用户在使用左手或右手在不同页面布局下进行新闻浏览过程中的眼动数据,通过提取热点图、视线切换频次、总注视时间等特征,对不同状态下用户视觉浏览规律进行量化和对照比较。结果不同页面布局和交互方式对用户视觉浏览行为产生一定影响。结论建议手机新闻客户端根据用户使用习惯提供个性化定制的页面布局。
Objective Mobile News App has been one of the indispensable intelligent applications for mobile phone users. The existing page layout for mobile News App usually includes pictures on the left with texts on the right, or texts on the right with pictures on the left. . The aim of this study is to investigate whether user visual browsing behavior can be affected by the different page layouts and user interactive behaviors. Methods We applied eye tracking to record the eye-movement during News browsing, and extracted some eye-movement characteristics （e.g. hotspot, scan path, etc.） to compare the visual browsing patterns among different conditions. Results It was illustrated that different page layouts and user interactive behaviors had the impact on the user experience of visual browsing. Conclusion It was suggested that the mobile News application should provide the personalized custom page layout based on the user habits.
