摘要 公共管理类课程课堂教学存在教学形式重讲授轻互动、考核模式重期末轻平时、学习方式多被动少主动的缺陷,小组讨论式教学模式以讨论主题为中心,经学生自主学习探究,教师适当引导开展教学,有利于培养学生自主学习能力,转变教师教学观念,深化学校管理改革.要以突出学生主体地位、多方协作、适度应用为原则,推动课堂小组讨论式教学模式在公共管理类课程中的应用. The classroom teaching of the public management courses has the following problems: the teaching form pays attention to the teaching,and does not put emphasis on the interaction. Assessment model value the end,do not focus on peacetime. Passive learning is more active than active learning. The group discussion teaching model is centered on the discussion topic. Through the independent study and inquiry of students,teachers should give proper guidance to teaching. This will help to cultivate students' independent learning ability,change teachers ' teaching ideas and deepen the reform of school management. We should focus on the principle of students' dominant position,multi cooperation and moderate application. This will promote the application of classroom group discussion teaching mode in the courses of public management.
