透明质酸修护生物膜联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗亚急性婴儿湿疹临床观察被引量：6

摘要目的:探讨透明质酸修护生物膜联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗亚急性婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法:选取90例亚急性婴儿湿疹患儿,随机分为两组,治疗组采用透明质酸修护生物膜联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,2次/d,对照组采用糠酸莫米松乳膏常规治疗。结果:一个疗程后治疗组45例患者痊愈40例,有效4例,无效1例,有效率97.78%;对照组45例中痊愈35例,治疗有效6例,因治疗不彻底复发4例,有效率91.11%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:透明质酸修护生物膜联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗亚急性婴儿湿疹疗效确切,复发率低。
