地奈德乳膏与他克莫司软膏序贯疗法治疗面部复发性皮炎疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察外用0.05%地奈德乳膏与0.1%他克莫司软膏序贯疗法治疗30例面部复发性皮炎临床疗效和安全性。方法符合入选条件的60例面部复发性皮炎患者随机分为2组,各30例。实验组:先予外用0.05%地奈德乳膏早1次,0.1%他克莫司软膏晚1次,5d后改为每日早晚各擦1次0.1%他克莫司软膏,共10d。对照组:每日外用0.1%他克莫司软膏早晚各1次,连用10天。于治疗前及治疗后5d、10d观察临床疗效。结果试验组疗效明显优于对照组,不良反应少。结论应用0.05%地奈德乳膏与0.1%他克莫司软膏序贯疗法治疗面部复发性皮炎,安全、迅速、有效。
