摘要
[目的]系统评价反思日记法对国内护生评判性思维能力的影响。[方法]计算机检索CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、CBM,搜集有关反思日记法对比传统临床教学法对护生评判性思维能力影响的随机或非随机对照研究,检索时间均为从建库至2016年12月15日。由2位研究者独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和方法学质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入6项研究,涉及护生884人。Meta分析结果显示:本科护生应用反思日记法与传统临床教学法相比,评判性思维能力总分差异有统计学意义[MD=15.46,95%CI(8.52,22.39),P<0.000 1]。[结论]反思日记法可提高本科护生评判性思维能力,对于专科护生评判性思维能力影响不明显,但由于潜在的发表偏倚及纳入研究质量较低,尚需更多设计合理的大样本随机双盲对照试验提供高质量的证据。
Objective:To systmeticly evaluate the effectiveness of reflective Diary method on the critical thinking ability of domestic nursing students.Methods:CNKI、WanFang、VIP、CBM were electronically searched,relative time from inception to December 15 2016.All clinical controlled trials about comparing the effect of reflective diary method and traditional clinical teaching method on the critical thinking ability of undergraduate and college nursing student were collected.RevMan 5.3 software was used for analysis.Results:A total of 6 clinical trials involving 884 nursing students were included.The meta-analysis showed that there was a difference between reflective Diary method(the treatment group)and traditional clinical teaching method(the control group)in total score of critical thinking ability[WMD=15.46,95%CI(8.52,22.39),P〈0.05],and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Reflective Diary method could improve the critical thinking of undergraduate nursing students,but it is not obvious for college nursing students.However,due to the potential publication bias and the low quality of the study,more well-designed large sample randomized double-blind controlled trials were needed to provide high quality evidences
