摘要
目的 研究葡萄籽油对小鼠脏器的抗氧化作用。方法 应用食品功效学实验中小鼠组织中过氧化脂质含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活力测定方法。结果 葡萄籽油实验组小白鼠的肝、肾脏器谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性高于对照组 ;各脏器的丙二醛 (MDA)的含量明显低于对照组。结论 葡萄籽油具有一定抗氧化的作用 。
Objective To search the effects of grape seed oil on the antioxidation of mice organs.Methods Three different concentration groups and a control group were selected.After one months MDA content,SOD and GSH Px activites of mice in liver,kidney and heart were observed.Results Mice fed with grape seed oil,the activities of SOD and GSH Px in liver,kidney and heart were high than the control group's,the level of MDA in liver,kidney and heart were decreased than the control group's.Conclusion The results suggested that grape seed oil had the action of antioxidation.
