摘要
[目的]探讨葡萄籽软胶囊对人体的抗氧化作用。[方法]将117例年龄在45～65岁之间的健康志愿者按血清丙二醛含量随机分为受试组和对照组,受试组连续服用受试物90d,测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和安全性指标。[结果]试食后受试组丙二醛含量明显下降,自身前后比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),下降率为4.90%;超氧化物歧化酶活性明显升高,自身前后比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.001),升高率为12.44%;谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶自身前后及与对照组比较无明显变化。各项安全性指标试验前后均无明显改变。[结论]葡萄籽软胶囊对人体具有抗氧化作用。
[Objective]To observe the effect of capsule of grape seed on antioxidation of human body. [Methods] 117 health volunteers aged from 45 to 65 were divided into test group and control group randomly according to contents of serum MDA. Contents of MDA, activities of SOD and GSH-Px and indexes of safety were determined at the end of 90 days. [ Resuits] Contents of serum MDA in test group decreased significantly comparing with control group and were different between before and after test, the rate of descent was 4.90% ; activities of SOD in test group increased significantly comparing with control group and were different between before and after test, the rate of increase was 12.44 %; activities of GSH-Px were not different between the two groups, all kinds of indexes of safety in the experiment did not change. [ Conclusion] The capsule of grape seed has the effect on antioxidation of human body.
