摘要
用哇巴因致豚鼠心律失常模型,观察某些自由基清除剂对哇巴因致心脏毒性的影响。结果表明iv或ip还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)6.25、12.5、25、50mg/kg:iv抗坏血酸(AA)62.5、125、250、500mg/kg或以0.034ml/min的速度iv 0.24、0.47、0.94mol/L抗坏血酸;iv三七皂甙Rg1和Rb12、4、8mg/kg;iv亚硒酸钠(Se)5mg/kg;iv超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)5×104U/kg;均有不同程度对抗哇巴因致豚鼠室早、室速、室颤和死亡的作用;Se和SOD合用具有明显的协同作用。
Recently, it had been demonstrated that some free radical scavengers, reduced glutathion ( GSH ) , Ascorbic acid(AA), the purified aponin Rg1andRb1 of Panax notoginseng, Sodium selenate < Se ) and Superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) protected reperfusion arrythmias for these drugs were linked to the formation of free radicals. In this study we wished to examine the effects of these drugs on arrhythmias of guinea pigs induced by Oubain. The results suggested that these drugs could increase the doses of Oubain to produce premature beat, ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest, we suggest, based on the present study that the toxicity of cardiac glycos-sides may be linked to the formation of free radicals. A number of stuydies should be done, in view of uncertainly about the detail of relationship of Oubain toxicity and free radical.
