摘要
目的:建立解毒退热颗粒中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:以Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为250nm。结果:葛根素Y=41 624 X-44.831,r=0.999 99,进样浓度在0.017mg/mL^0.17mg/mL范围内线性关系良好。精密度试验对照品溶液RSD=0.74%,供试品溶液RSD=0.81%(n=6)。重复性试验RSD=0.90%(n=6)。葛根素在48h内稳定性良好,对照品溶液RSD=0.49%,供试品溶液RSD=0.69%。平均回收率101.02%,RSD=2.82%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确,可靠,操作简便,可用于解毒退热颗粒中葛根素质量控制。
Objective:To establish the HPLC method to determine Content of Puerarin in Compound Jiedu tuire granules.Methods:The separation was performed on the Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)with Methanol-Water(25∶75)as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was at 250 nm.Results:There was good linearity between the peak areas and concentrations in the range of 0.017~0.17 mg/mL(r=0.99999)for Puerarin.The reference solution and the test solution precision values of RSD were 0.74% and 0.81%.Repeatability RSD was 0.90%.The reference solution and the test solution was placed at room temperature for 48 h,and RSD wer 0.49% and 0.69%.The average recovery rates of paeoniflorin were 101.02%,RSD=2.82%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable,simple operation,can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin.
