摘要
目的：建立糖消片的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法以葛根素为指标对处方中的葛根进行含量测定。结果：本品中葛根素含量测定线性范围为0．0091-0．16301μg，平均回收率为99．5％，RSD为I．05％。结论：本试验所确定的含量测定方法稳定可靠，能较为合理地对处方中组分进行定量检测，重复性强，可作为糖消片的质量标准。
Objective ： To establish the determination of Tangxiao tablets. Method： The content of puerarin is determined by HPLC, Result, The methods are simple,sensitive,accurate and with a good reproduceibility. Conclusion： The methods can be used as a determination for the drug.
