摘要
目的观察针刺不同腧穴对腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效以及血清脑肠肽的影响。方法将120例患者随机分为子午流注刺法组、灵龟八法刺法组和空白对照组,每组40例。3组均接受消化科常规护理及治疗,子午流注刺法组用子午流注纳甲法择时选穴,灵龟八法刺法组采用患者就诊时灵龟八法所开穴位针刺,空白对照组只接受消化科常规护理及治疗。治疗8周后,采用胃肠症状评估量表观察临床症状及治疗前后血清脑肠肽的变化。结果子午流注组、灵龟八法组、空白对照组的总有效率分别为92.50%、77.50%、50%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后子午流注组与灵龟八法组和空白对照组在血清脑肠肽方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注刺法能够明显改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床症状,有效调节血清脑肠肽水平。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at different acupoints on diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） and the influence on the patients＇ serum brain and intestinal peptide.Methods 120 patients were divided into Ziwuliuzhu needling group,eight methods of intelligent turtle acupuncture group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The three groups were treated with routine nursing and treatment of digestive diseases,Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture group was given heavenly stem-prescription of point selection,eight methods of intelligent turtle acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture in patients with eight methods of intelligent turtle,and the control group only received routine nursing care and treatment of digestive diseases.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms were observed by the gastrointestinal symptom assessment scale,and the changes of serum brain and intestinal peptide were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the Ziwuliuzhu group,eight methods of intelligent turtle group and blank control group the was 92.50%,77.50% and 50% respectively,and there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,there was statistical significance on serum ghrelin between the three groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection can significantly improve the clinical syndrome,and effectively regulate the serum level of brain gut peptide.
