胃腺癌中CD74和CyclinA1的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用免疫组化方法检测胃腺癌中白细胞分化抗原74(CD74)和细胞周期蛋白A1(Cyclin A1)的表达,分析二者的表达特征及相关性。方法收集103例胃腺癌根治术患者的临床资料及术后蜡块组织作为观察组,选择胃黏膜高级别上皮内瘤变组织21例作为对照组1,胃黏膜低级别上皮内瘤变组织21例作为对照组2,观察组中距肿物边缘>5 cm的非肿瘤性胃黏膜组织21例作为对照组3。4组中CD74和Cyclin A1表达的检测均应用免疫组化二步法。结果 4组中CD74和Cyclin A1表达的阳性率差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。观察组中CD74和Cyclin A1的阳性率均与肿瘤最大径、Ki67标记的增殖指数相关,CD74的阳性率与肿瘤的浸润深度密切相关。二者均与患者的性别、年龄及淋巴结转移无关性。观察组中CD74和Cyclin A1的表达呈正相关性;生存分析显示二者的表达与预后相关。结论 CD74和Cyclin A1在胃腺癌术后组织中表达升高,可以促进肿瘤的形成和进展,二者具有正向协同作用。
